Boat is located in: Lake Pleasant, New York
1942 Chris Craft.
Summer of '42 has been mine for around 18 years.
I bought her from a long-term owner in Ontario.
He was a stickler for maintenance and I have continued yearly mechanical and hull work as appropriate.
The C-C is in storage on her trailer at Lake Pleasant (NY) Marine.
I've used her very little in the last three years following a relocation.
Previously, she was kept on a covered hoist and before that in a boathouse.
She is in very good to excellent condition.
The engine is a Chrysler Crown M47 6-cylinder, circa mid-'50s.
Horsepower is 130.
Does a solid 33-3400 rpm when I can't resist the occasional urge to rev it up.
Idles at less than 500 or so.
The trailer is mine and comes with the boat.
