Boat is located in: San Rafael, California
This is a great boat at a fair price.
It is popular because it is easy to sail and has spacious interior.
Unfortunately age and health concerns are forcing me to sale.
This boat like all boats of this vintage is a work in progress, but at the same time is ready to sail off on an adventure or enjoy a cozy weekend at your favorite anchorage.
All lines lead aft and are tucked in behind the dodger.
She has a roller furling jib and a tall mast mainsail.
Sails are in good condition.
She is pictured with lazybags that I have removed because one of the seams needed to be resown.
At the helm there is a compass, chartplotter and autopilot.
There is also a remote mic for the VHF radio.
She has an bow anchor and windless and a stern anchor with line stowed in the cockpit.
Her engine is a 3 cylinder 25hp Yamar diesel that starts easy, run great and is fuel efficient.
Fuel tank hold around 20 gallons.
The galley has brand new gimble mounted stove, double sink, microwave and working coldbox.
When on 110 power there is hot water. she has a stereo and a smart TV.
Basically she is sound and beamey and will take you wherever your skill level and desire want to go.
If you are interested drop me a text oh and the slip is assumable.
