Hull is 23 ft 1977 Center Console SeaCraft by Potter.
Boat was purchased in 2000 from longtime owner in Palacios, Texas.
Center console has T-top which can be easily removed and secured to bow rail for long trips on trailer.
Leaning post / seat with removable backrest was added in 2002, along with all new upholstery.
Motor is Mercury Salt Water Optimax 225, purchased new in 2000 which has been upgraded with Mercury SmartCraft digital instruments.
Engine was just serviced with good compression (105-115 psi), new fuel pumps, trim motor, and water pump.
Instruments are 2001 model Mercury SmartCraft gauges which have just been rebuilt with new lenses and LCD panels.
Gas tank was flushed after 8 years in storage.
Engine is mounted on HydraJac Jack-plate for shallow water.
SeaStar Hydraulic steering has new seals.
Electric trim tabs are by Lenco.
Motor comes with factory manual and Dicom software and computer interface specific for this engine.
