1982 Oday 28 Keel Centerboard Sailboat ideal bay sail boat located at Ocean Gate Yacht Basin.
Repowered in 2018 with a Beta 14 Marine diesel with TMC Transmission and 40 Amp alternator.
Professionally installed by Ocean Gate Yacht Basin with a new stainless-steel shaft, new cutlass bearing and shaft packing.
The installation also included the installation of new steering pedestal throttle and shift cables.
The boat comes with a complete set of sails which includes the original working jib, a lightly used HILD SAILS Genoa, and a New Main Sail purchased in 2020 designed by Dave Johnson of Cedar Creek Sails Constructed in the USA using USA manufactured fabric.
The Boat also comes with a Bimini and a custom winter tent type winter cover, SITEC GPS Chart Plotter, Lazy Jack system, ICOM DSC Radio with external mike, Solar Power 50-watt Panel with a battery charge control system, no need to plug into shore power to keep batteries charged.
Also, during the repower the propeller was serviced.
In addition, the boat has been barrier coated in approximately 2001 with 5 coats of INTERLUX INPOTEC after being sandblasted and all blisters and air bubbles where ground out and filled with 3M Vinyl Ester filler.
