USCG Documented 2 cabins 2 heads, both with electric head Aft head has a shower and tub!

Work since Nov 2020: Hull cleaned Spring 2021 Zincs replaced Spring 2021 Engine and generator oil changed, oil and fuel filters replaced Spring 2021 Marine AC serviced Summer 2021 fwd head manual toilet replaced with electric Summer 2021 fwd head faucet replaced Spring 2021 halogen lights replaced with LED Summer 2021 (still a few to go) new large screen tv mounted in main cabin Winter 2020/21 cockpit speakers replaced Spring 2021 fwd hatch windows rebedded Spring 2021 upper rail rebedded Spring 2021 new curtains throughout Spring 2021 new lines Spring 2021 new snubbers Summer 2021.
Needs: A good cleaning ;-) Generator needs new exhaust hose.
Previous owner was having it replaced when i bought it, but mechanic doing work was worthless. a few more halogen lights should be replaced with LED exterior woodwork should be sanded and varnished or oiled foredeck over cabin and cockpit sole were both sanded, need new gelcoat (optional, cosmetic).
