Boat is located in: Branford, Connecticut
Well maintained, clean, Robert Perry designed Islander 28.
Lots of updates - see below.
Located in Branford, CT.
She's a super comfortable, well balanced cruiser/racer.
She single hands well and is comfy for 2 adults for cruising.
If you have 2 more she can handle it as well for those shorter overnight/weekend trips.
This boat is SO easy to single hand, with an auto helm that tacks for you while you do the crew work.
She's easy to maintain and sails like a dream.
Anchor out for some sunning and take a swim off the transom with dinner to follow after a sweet day of sailing.
This anchor has held 4 boats rafted up much bigger than Rebecca without a problem.
She's a joy to own and easy to maintain.
I did not replace the canvas as not everyone likes bright yellow - but the current canvas still has life in it so take your time to decide what color you want next!
I'm happy to guide you on how to ready her for launch in mid-June.
